ORCHESTRA
EXPERIMENTAL ART ALERT

At the Whitstable Fringe show on May 31st at St. Mary's Hall there will be the first performance of 'Circadian Rhythm' by The Whitstable Fringe Orchestra. The Whitstable Fringe Orchestra will consist of whoever wants to turn up and play (either other performers or members of the audience).

Below is the basis of the tune played on ukulele - what you fancy playing along is up to you, whether it be flugelhorn, the spoons, a screaming guitar solo or a bit of Le Petomane, if that be your thing.

The chord structure for those who'd like to know is C, F, G7 - C, F, G.  The plan is to perform this several times over the next few months at different events and to film and upload each different performance.  This should be great fun and it will be interesting to see the results as 'Circadian Rhythm' will vary each time, depending on who turns up and what they choose to play. There is NO skill level requirement (in fact competent musicians are encouraged to play instruments they are less familiar with) - the desire to take part will be plenty...

If you feel like it's something you would like to be involved with but can't make this event keep an eye on this page as information on further performances will be posted here!
